These Terms and Conditions apply to all entries submitted to the Wixams Winners Monthly Cash Draw (“the Draw”). By entering the Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following:

1. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older, reside in the UK, and live within one of the Wixams Villages.
Entry is strictly limited to residents of Wixams only (including Lakeview, Willow Grove, Village 3, and Village 4).
Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, council letter, driving licence) will be required to verify eligibility before any prize is released.
Entries submitted by non-residents will be disqualified and are not entitled to a refund.
By entering, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
Entries are not permitted from employees, associates, or immediate family of the Wixams Winners organising team.

2. Entry Mechanism
Each entry to the Draw costs £5.
Entrants may alternatively purchase 6 entries for £20.
Entries must be submitted via the official website: https://wixamwinners.co.uk/.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an entry confirmation via email.
Entries are non-refundable unless the draw is cancelled by the organiser.

3. Draw Details
The Draw will take place on or around the last day of each calendar month.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a secure and impartial method.
The draw may not be live-streamed, but winners will be contacted directly.
The prize will be paid via bank transfer or cheque within 7 working days of identity and address verification.

4. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified within 72 hours after the draw ends.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or fails to provide suitable proof of address or ID, a new winner may be selected.
A list of winners (first name and initial) may be published on the website and/or in promotional materials unless the winner opts out.

5. Prizes
The cash prize is 70% of the total entry pot, subject to change based on monthly participation.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
No interest will be payable on any cash prize.

6. Cancellation or Amendment
Wixams Winners reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Draw in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other issues beyond its control.
If a Draw is cancelled, refunds will be issued for all valid paid entries.

7. Limitation of Liability
Wixams Winners accepts no responsibility for failed entries, payment errors, or technical issues beyond our control.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

8. Gambling Disclaimer
This competition is a legally compliant prize competition, not a lottery or form of gambling, as defined under the Gambling Act 2005.
Entry is based on a prize draw and not dependent on skill.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
All data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our [Privacy Policy].
Your personal data will only be used for competition administration purposes and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

11. Prize Value Clause

Each competition run by Wixam Winners will have a minimum guaranteed prize pot of £250.

The final prize value may increase based on the total number of paid entries received, but under no circumstances will it fall below the guaranteed minimum. This ensures that all entrants are participating for a clearly stated and fair reward, regardless of overall ticket sales.

All prize values will be publicly displayed on the competition page, and any increases beyond the minimum will be updated in real time where possible.
